Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to our exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered.


Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery or collection, unused, and sealed in their original, unmarked packaging, with proof of purchase.


Made-to-order, pre-order, and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Ulied reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Returns, exchanges & complaints

We truly hope you love your Ulied pieces as much as we do. We understand that returns or concerns can sometimes feel complicated, so we’ve done our best to keep this process simple and clear for you.


If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an exchange.


Please note that we do not offer refunds — exchanges are available for eligible items only.


Eligibility


  • Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery or collection.
  • Items must be unused, and returned sealed in their original packaging.
  • All packaging must be unmarked and in perfect condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


We’re unable to accept items that do not meet these conditions.


Non-returnable goods


  • Items that are made to order, specially sourced, or purchased as pre-orders.
  • Personalised items.


Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, simply get in touch with us first so we can assist you. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll take care of the rest.


Complaints


In case of a complaint about a defective product, please contact us by e-mail info@ulied.eu within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.


We immediately refer the matter to the manufacturer of the damaged item and follow their instructions.
